Eat SOME poultry, eggs, and dairy (1 to 2 times per week ). If it works for you, try to eat these 2 to 3 times a week. That means when you get a great deal, learn about a way to save, or maybe even something for free, I may end up making a small commission. Eat SOME seafood and omega-3-rich foods (2 to 3 times per week) Fish (preferably fatty fish like salmon and mackerel, but you can use white fish varieties as well), nuts, and seeds.
